APPROVE an Agreement by and between West Basin Municipal Water District and the Carson Reclamation Authority for the Construction and Transfer of Ownership of Future Recycled Water Facilities, in a form acceptable to the Authority Counsel. 2. AUTHORIZE the Chairman to execute the Agreement and any related document. APPROVE the Grant of Sewer Easement to the City of Carson. 2. AUTHORIZE the Chairman to Authorize all documents related to the Easement.
