ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) or (d)(3) & (e) (1), because
there is a significant exposure to litigation in one case.

Item No. 2. 2020-066 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY
NEGOTIATOR
Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8, to enable the Carson Reclamation
Authority to consider negotiations with William Shopoff,
President, and John Santry, Vice President, Shopoff
Realty Investments, with whom Authority is negotiating,
and to give direction to its negotiator(s) John Raymond,
Executive Director regarding that certain real property
located on Cells 3, 4 and 5 of 20400 South Main Street,
the Former Cal Compact Landfill. The Authority's real
property negotiator will seek direction from the Authority
Board regarding the price and terms of payment for the
property.
Item No. 3. 2020-067 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY
NEGOTIATOR
Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8, to enable the Carson Reclamation
Authority to consider negotiations with Jason Illoulian,
President, Faring Capital Company, with whom Authority
is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s)
John Raymond, Executive Director regarding that certain
real property located on Cells 3, 4 and 5 of 20400 South
Main Street, the Former Cal Compact Landfill. The
Authority's real property negotiator will seek direction from
the Authority Board regarding the price and terms of
payment for the property.

Authority's real property negotiator will seek direction from
the Authority Board regarding the price and terms of
payment for the property.

Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government

Authority to consider negotiations with Mark Payne,
Partner, Panattoni Development Company, Inc. with
whom Authority is negotiating, and to give direction to its
negotiator(s) John Raymond, Executive Director
regarding that certain real property located on Cells 3, 4
and 5 of 20400 South Main Street, the Former Cal
Compact Landfill. The Authority's real property negotiator
will seek direction from the Authority Board regarding the
price and terms of payment for the property.
