The title of such litigation is as follows: CAM-CARSON, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, v. CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY, a California joint powers authority; the CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, a municipal corporation; RE | SOLUTIONS, LLC., a Colorado limited liability company; and DOES 1 through 50, inclusive, Defendants. The Authority's real property negotiator will seek direction from the Authority regarding the price and terms of payment.
