APPROVE the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the Carson Successor Agency and Gruen Associates for the additional professional design services needed to complete Project No. 1043: Carson Street Master Plan for a negotiated fee not-to-exceed $163,343.00. 2. AUTHORIZE a design contingency in the amount of $75,000.00 for any additional design services for any future improvements which may be requested by the Carson Successor Agency and staff, and any unforeseen design work that may be required to complete Project No . 1043: Carson Street Master Plan. 3.
