AND THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE RELOCATION SERVICES Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE an increase of $211,600.00 in the FY 2014/15 Carson Housing Authority budget through transfer from the Authority fund balance to account number 55-70-790- 003 8009. 2. APPROVE a new consultant retainer agreement by and between Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. and the Carson Housing Authority in an amount not-to-exceed $211,600.00. 3. AUTHORIZE the Authority Chair to execute the consultant retainer agreement between Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. following approval as to form by the Authority Counsel.
