The title of such litigation is as follows: Colony Cove Properties, LLC vs. City of Carson, et al., United States District Court, Central District of California, CV 14-03242 PSG (PJWx) CITY OF CARSON Page 1 Housing Authority/Successor Agency/City Council AGENDA TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2016 Item No. 3. 2016-241 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (SUCCESSOR AGENCY) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Andrew Gross of Thomas Safran & Associates with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator Kenneth C. Farfsing, Executive Director and John Raymond, Director of Community Development regarding that certain real property APN 7343-020-902, 903 & 904. The City's real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the terms of payment for the property. Item No. 4. 2016-243 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (SUCCESSOR AGENCY) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Paul Loubet, Chandler Palos Verdes Sand & Gravel, LLC with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator Kenneth C. Farfsing, Executive Director and John Raymond, Director of Community Development regarding that certain real property 7339-003-900. The City's real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of payment for the property. Item No. 5. 2016-244 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation to which the City is a party. The title of such litigation is as follows: Richard Rand et al. v. Leonard Bloom, et al. Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. BC564093. Item No. 6. 2016-249 PLACE HOLDER: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, with Kenneth C.
