Item No. 4. 2017-063 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Faring Capital and it's negotiator, Jason Illoulian, CEO, with whom City Council is negotiating, on price, payment terms for purchase, sale or lease, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Executive Director Kenneth C.
