Farfsing, Executive Director and John Raymond, Director of Community Development, regarding that certain real property known as Assessor Parcel Nos. 7336-010-24 and 7336-010-25. The Successor Agency's real property negotiator will seek direction from the Agency member regarding the price, payment terms for purchase, sale or lease. APPROVE Alliant's annual Flat-Rate fee for FY 2017/18 at an overall cost of $49,500.00. 2. APPROVE Arch Insurance Company to provide coverage for the city's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance for FY 2017/18, at an overall cost of $121,600.00. 3. AWARD the contract for the Demolition Project at 21723-21725 Figueroa Street: RFP P17-17 to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Interior Demolition, Inc. in the amount of $47,168. 2.
