The title of such litigation is as follows: City of Carson v. CWS Systems, Inc., Los Angeles County Superior Court Case No., BC605925, and CWS Systems, Inc. v. City of Carson, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC630095. Item No. 3. 2017-750 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, with Kenneth C. Farfsing, City Manager and Dr. Jim Hart, Interim Assistant City Manager/Acting Director of Human Resources, its negotiators(s), regarding labor negotiations with AME/CPSA.
