responsive and responsible bidder, SPT Specialized Pipe
Technologies.
2. AUTHORIZE the expenditure of a construction contingency, if
necessary, in the amount of $10,035.00 (15%) for any unforeseen
construction work such as removal and remediation of
contaminated soil, substructure conflict, and any soil and material
testing that may be required to complete this project.
