DISCUSS and provide direction to staff on the draft reopening plan for Carson City Hall, provide input on the reopening of other City facilities including parks and recreation facilities, and on the outreach and public information efforts to provide information to local businesses about their opportunities to reopen under the current State guidelines. 2. DISCUSS and provide direction to staff on other activities outside City facilities that may have been or may be impacted by continued social distancing orders, such as Block Party permits for July 4th, street sweeping, and other code enforcement activities. 1.
