The title of such litigation is as follows: Southwest Voter Registration Education Project, et al. v. City of Carson, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 19STCV32291 Item No. 2. 2020-396 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(4) because the City is considering whether to initiate litigation in 1 case.
