APPROVE the attached proposed contract with Animal Pest Management Services, Inc., for the performance of integrated pest control services for an initial three-year term for a not-to-exceed contract sum of $123,345, with two optional one-year extension periods thereafter at a not-to-exceed amount of $41,115 per optional extension period (Exhibit No. 1; the "Agreement"). 2.
