AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Funding Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney. 3. APPROPRIATE funds in the amount of $1,072,000.00 to Account No. 284-80-820-904-8009 to cover the City's 15% match requirement. Funds have been identified in Coop Agreement Bond Proceed fund over a three year period which includes $268,000.00 for FY 21/22, $460,960.00 for FY 22/23, and $343,000.00 for FY 23/24. 4.
