Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider
negotiations with Mike Israelsky of Summit Team, Inc., with whom
City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiators, Sharon

Recommendation: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement to exercise the
City's first of two remaining one-year options to extend the term of
the Agreement, thereby extending the term expiration date from
November 1, 2021 until November 1, 2022, at existing fee rates
(Exhibit 4) ("Amendment No. 3"); and
2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 following
approval as to form by the City Attorney.
