FOR AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 22-043, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN PUBLIC PROPERTY AS EXEMPT SURPLUS LAND, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54220, ET SEQ."
