DISCUSSION: (Item 1) Item No. 1. 2023-0283 COMMUNITY SERVICES USER FEE STUDY UPDATE - FEE RECOMMENDATIONS Recommendation: 1. PROVIDE direction to staff on any fee analysis line item. 2.
