Communication sessions: one for Agendized Items (comment about items ON the
agenda) and the other for non-Agendized items (comment about items NOT on the
Agenda). The Oral Communications portion of the agenda is limited to a duration of
one hour unless otherwise approved by the City Council. Comment time is normally
3 minutes depending on the number of speakers.

3. APPROVE the City's insurance broker, Alliant
Insurance Services, to place all risk property insurance through the
Alliant Property Insurance Program ("APIP"), including terrorism,
and pollution, for FY 2023/24, at an overall not-to -exceed cost of

engineering services to complete the plans, specifications and

to provide pool chemicals on an as needed basis for the City's
