Communication sessions: one for Agendized Items (comment about items ON the
agenda) and the other for non-Agendized items (comment about items NOT on the
Agenda). The Oral Communications portion of the agenda is limited to a duration of
one hour unless otherwise approved by the City Council. Comment time is normally
3 minutes depending on the number of speakers.

$877,438.00.
2. AUTHORIZE a 10% design contingency in the amount of
$22,119.50 to cover any additional design and consultation cost
necessary associated with unforeseen conditions of the project
during the construction phase.
3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to the
Professional Services Agreement with RKA Consulting Group, Inc.
