We need a resolution and a second to adopt the 2024 Fire Contracts for the Village of West Carthage, the Village of Castorland and Town of Rutland Fire District. o Public Privilege of the Floor o Johnson Lumber & Farney’s to discuss traffic study & water line A. Supervisor’s Report a. North Country CPA/NYCLASS – Financials b. Interest Income YTD $47,576.79 c. A meeting was held with Supervisor’s from several towns, County Officials, and Dylan Harris on October 24th. County Officials will be putting forth resolutions to support private individuals joining a lawsuit against NY State. d. I met with our CPA and Rob Company on the Direct Pay Option of American Recovery Act. e. I have talked with Kevin Gaines on the value of the Town completing a building permit for the Solar Array. Per our discussion we submitted the issue to Attorney Burrows for his input. B. Clerks Report & Correspondence a. Town Clerk’s Report for October 2023 b. Water billing report c. Contract for $1,100 from the Volunteer Transportation Center for funding for 2023. ii. Contract for $1,144 from the Volunteer Transportation Center for funding for 2024. b. NYSLRS Invoice, Prepayment would $50,985, the split according to CPA’s is: A: $22,555, DA: $14,213, DB: $14,213. c. Should we label each fire hydrant’s flow capacity? I have received the flow rating for our 19 hydrants. To protect the water lines the capacities should be labeled. Also, given the recent incident in the Coty of Watertown, should we order out of service rings? d. Office Door signage, instead of taped up pieces of paper. e. ROTH IRA Announcement F.
