BOA 2020-001 Election of 2020-2021 Board of Adjustment Chair Moved by Jensen, seconded by Baumann to nominate and approve Linda Bauman to continue as Chair of the Board of Adjustment. Yes: 4 - Baumann, Jensen, Arnold, and Coffey BOA 2020-002 Election of 2020-2021 Board of Adjustment Vice Chair Moved by Arnold, seconded by Baumann to nominate and approve Talena Jensen as Vice Chair for the Board of Adjustment. The motion passed with a vote of 4 to 0. Yes: 4 - Baumann, Jensen, Arnold, and Coffey APPROVAL OF MINUTES BOA 2020-003 July 15, 2019 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes Attachments: July 15, 2019 Board of Adjustment Meeting Minutes Moved by Baumann, seconded by Jensen to approve the minutes for the July 15, 2019 Board of Adjustment meeting with the correction that Richard Coffey was listed twice and that Kenneth Arnold was present. Chair member Baumann seconded. The motion passed with a vote of 4 to 0. Yes: 4 - Baumann, Jensen, Arnold, and Coffey TOWN COUNCIL UPDATE None. BOARD MEMBER ITEMS The Board checked for quorum for Sept. 3 and all board members plan to attend. ITEMS FROM STAFF None.
