APPROVAL OF MINUTES BOBA September 9, 2019, Board of Building Appeals Meeting 2019-006 Minutes Moved by Perry, seconded by Amaral, that the BOBA minutes of the September 9, 2019 meeting be approved as written. The motion passed: 3-0 Yes: 3 - Amaral, Hovanetz, and Perry UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC APPEARANCES None BOARD MEMBER ITEMS None TOWN COUNCIL UPDATE None Board of Building Appeals Meeting Minutes - Final December 2, 2019 ITEMS FROM STAFF A. Chief Building Official's Update Mr. Montoya updated the Board on the recent Contractor's Luncheon and the clarification of how the adopted new codes that went into effect July 2019 have a grace period on certain aspects until Jan. 1, 2020. There were also more encompassing changes to the submittal process for the grading and erosion plans (TESC). Montoya reminded the Board the Development Services monthly report as well as the weekly emailed updates for permits, approvals and stop orders are a good resource for review.
