Lewis Street. The accessory building unit was approved by Town Council and the Historic Preservation Board is looking at the design. Staff recommends approval as it meets Town's criteria. Applicant: George Usleber, owner, answered questions of the Board. Staff recommends approval as it meets the Town's criteria. Applicant: JR Pinon, chapel representative, and Dan Horvat, architect, answered questions of the Board and provided a conceptual model and plan. Public Comment: one business representative and a nearby resident provided support of the proposed project. Moved by LaFleur, seconded by Goode, that the Board approve the Request for Demolition of the Building located at 407 Jerry Street. ITEMS FROM STAFF The Sept. 4 meeting may be cancelled as there are no items for the agenda. Chair Beystehner recommended a study session for the Sept. 4 meeting. Ms. Kirkpatrick thanked the Board for attending the historic trolley tour. Ms. Kirkpatrick reminded the Board of the webinar training. A video of Castle Rock in 1967 was played.
