Three or more Councilmembers may also attend this hearing, during which the items listed herein will be discussed. CALL TO ORDER Richard McManus, Hearing Officer, called the meeting to order at 11 am. SHOW CAUSE HEARING LLA 2019-004 Show Cause Hearing: Mediterranean Avenue Investment Properties, LLC dba Maddie’s Bier Garten McManus introduced the item for a Show Cause Hearing for Mediterranean Avenue Investment Properties, LLC. Present at the meeting were Laura Martinez, Attorney for the LLC; Christy Ausmus, Attorney appearing on behalf of the Town; and Michaela Bacon, one of the LLC members. McManus reviewed the entire file including the Federal Court Stipulation that was attached to the documents. It appears that the resolution of this is to comply with the statutes that Ms. Bacon will reduce her ownership to under 10% and not manage or be employed by the LLC. McManus approved the Stipulation as set forth. ADJOURN McManus adjourned the hearing at 11:03 am.
