CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Commission Chair Jen Perry at approximately 9 a.m. Members Jen Perry and Ken Greenberg were in attendance, as was Councilmember Caryn Johnson. Town staff included Kristin Read and Maia Aman. No members of the public were in attendance; no public comment was received. AGENDA TOPICS PAC 2022 -046 Selecting a Finalist for the Parking Garage Banner Design After reviewing the jurying criteria and ranked completed submissions, the subcommittee determined to select Mary William's submission featuring five Castle Rock artists. Assistant Town Manager Kristin Read indicated that the Town Manager's office could fund two awards to save help save time on future calls. The subcommittee then also selected Talia Johnson's submission called Hummingbirds. The subcommittee plans to seek a general consensus of approval from the Commission at-large in October. Staff will then work with the artists to finalize the submissions for production and provide the awards. ADJOURN The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:36 a.m.
