Public Comment Opportunity Those desiring to comment will have three minutes to do so, and may be granted additional time if the Board agrees. The Board will take no action on public comment topics not already on the agenda. The Board is an advisory one that recommends actions to the City Council, where public comments are also welcome. III. Review and Approval of meeting(s) minutes. IV. Manager’s updates on: a. Operations Report including current and upcoming events. V. Discussion and possible action on board position assignments. VI. Discussion on impacts due to surrounding developments. VII. Discussion on proposed changes from the Airport Joint Zoning Board. VIII. Future upcoming Airport Events. IX.
