Call to order 2. Roll Call 3. Citizen’s comments Those desiring to comment will have three minutes to do so, and may be granted additional time if the Board agrees. The Board will take no action on Public comment topics not already on the agenda. 4. Consider and take appropriate action on approving minutes from previous meetings. 5. Discussion on Easter Brochures 2016/2017. 6. Discussion and appropriate action on making a recommendation to the City Council on asking the city for funding for a possible Eagle Scout Project by Scout Dalyn Hack, to build a shade cover over the baseball bleachers at the Lions Sports Complex. Funding for the project could be up to $3,000. 7. Discussion and review of Lions Sports Complex layout and options to make the park more accessible to children. 8. Adjourn ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT The RV Park Recreation building is wheelchair accessible. Parking and accessibility is located in front of the building.
