The Board will take no action on Public comment topics not already on the agenda. 4. Nomination and election of Board Officers. 5. Consider and take appropriate action on approving minutes from previous meeting. 6. Update from the Friends of the Regional Park on plans and projects. 7. Review of Ordinance and amendments to the Parks Policies and Procedures. (Larry Heinrich, Public Works Director) 8. Update and possible action on recommendations to City Council on a Parking Plan for Regional Park. 9. Discussion and creation of priority list related to City Parks. 10. Updates on Park Projects/Activities from City Staff: a. Park Irrigation Pump System. b. Update on possible trenching within the park for the Lift Station Project. 11.
