Call to order 2. Roll Call/ Introduction of new members. 3. Citizen’s comments Those desiring to comment will have three minutes to do so, and may be granted additional time if the Board agrees. The Board will take no action on Public comment topics not already on the agenda. 4. Nominate and election of board officers. 5. Consider and take appropriate action on approving minutes from previous meeting. 6. Update from the Friends of the Regional Park on plans and projects. 7. Discussion on priority list related to City Parks for FY 2019 Budget. 8. Discussion on Lions Sports Complex Development Plan. 9. Discussion on repair/replacement of Park signage on Hwy 90 and Athens and maintenance of signage in the Garden of Roots. 10. Discussion on replacement of trash cans at Regional Park. 11. Discussion on the Garden of Roots sprinkler system. 12. Discussion on RV Park rules and regulations related to description of allowed RV’s and tied and unattended pets in the Park. 13.
