Update from Parks Director on ongoing parks projects: a. Park Master Plan b. Regional Park Soccer Field Realignment c. RV Playground and Parking areas d. Status report on Medina Valley Youth Baseball Association lease renewal. 6. Discussion and possible action on board recommendations related to the Medina Valley Youth Baseball Association lease agreement. 7. Discussion on possible action on recommendations for HVAC professional cleaning and filter system upgrades. 8. Update from Parks Director on upcoming events/projects/programs: a. Easter Holiday b. 4th of July c. Sports Court resurfacing d. Relocation of regional park visitor center e. Repair of broken lighting at Volleyball courts f. Skyhawk 9.
