The Board will take no action on public comment topics not already on the agenda. The Board is an advisory one that recommends actions to the City Council, where public comments are also welcome. 4. Discussion and possible action on repealing the current City Code of Ordinances Chapter 99 “Tree Preservation” in its entirety and providing recommendations to the city council for a new Chapter 99 “Tree Preservation” with fees. 6. Discussion and possible action on propose changes to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regulations regarding Modular Homes. 7. Discussion and possible action on propose changes to the City of Castroville Code of Ordinances, Section 100-113 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding street geometry standards. 8.
