E.4 (OA-18-008) Second Reading And Approval Of An Ordinance To Amend The Cedar Park Code of Ordinances, Chapter 11 Zoning, Article 11.06 Approvals And Procedures, Division 2, Application Process, Section 11.06.032 Public Notice, To Amend Notification Standards. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 6-0 To Recommend Approval Of The Amendment. F.1 A Resolution Authorizing Issuance Of A Parks Special Use Permit To Fuse Realty For A Kite Festival At Milburn Park On April 7, 2019. F.2 A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement With Public Sector Personnel Consultants For a Compensation And Classification Study In An Amount Not To Exceed $80,000. F.3 A Resolution Ordering And Calling A General Election For May 4, 2019 For The Purpose Of Electing Council Place One, Council Place Three, And Council Place Five; Making Provisions For Conducting The Election; And Resolving Other Matters Related To Such Election. Public Hearings G.1 First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending Cedar Park Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 12 Subdivision Regulation, Article 12.22 Annexation Of Subdivisions. Regular Agenda (Non-Consent) H.1 (FLU-18-009) Consideration Of A Future Land Use Plan Amendment Petition Requesting Medium Density Residential (MDR) For 12 Acres Located On The South Side Of Cypress Creek Road, West Of Liberty Oaks Boulevard.
