E.4 (FLU-18-004) Second Reading And Approval Of An Ordinance Amending The City’s Future Land Use Plan To Change The Future Land Use Designation Of Approximately 12.60 Acres Located at 1501 South Bell Boulevard From 5.50 Acres Of Local Office/Retail/Commercial (LOC) And 7.10 Acres Of Medium Density Residential (MDR) To 2.51 Acres Of Local Office/Retail/Commercial (LOC) And 10.09 Acres Of Medium Density Residential (MDR).
