The Planning and Zoning Commission Voted 7-0 to Recommend Planned Development (PD) as Requested. G.2 (Z-20-004) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 23.39 Acres From General Business-Conditional Overlay (GB-CO) To General Business-Conditional Overlay (GB-CO), Located At 1611, 1615, 1617, 1619, And 1621 Scottsdale Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission Voted 7-0 To Recommend General Business–Conditional Overlay (GB-CO). G.3 (Z-20-006) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 15.14 Acres From Development Reserve (DR) To Local Business (LB), Located At 14300 Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The Planning and Zoning Commission Voted 6-0-1 to Recommend Local Business (LB) as Requested. G.4 (Z-20-007) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 2.64 Acres From Suburban Residential (SR) To Public Services (PS), Located At 101 South Bell Boulevard. The Planning and Zoning Commission Voted 7-0 To Recommend Public Services (PS). G.5 First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Authorizing The Conveyance of 13.411 Acres Of Unimproved Real Property Located In The Cedar Park Town Center.
