F.2 A Resolution Authorizing A Professional Services Agreement With CP&Y, Inc. For The Design Of The 2021 Water Reclamation Facility Rehabilitation Project In An Amount Not To Exceed $190,000. F.3 A Resolution Authorizing A Professional Services Agreement With Carollo Engineers, Inc. For The Water and Wastewater Long-Range Plans Update Project In An Amount Not To Exceed $100,000. Public Hearings G.1 (Z-20-017) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 14.28 Acres From Suburban Residential (SR), Planned Development – Local Business (PD-LB), And An unscheduled Closed Executive Session may be called to discuss any item on this posted agenda provided it is within one of the permitted categories under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. G.2 (SUP-20-003) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance For A Special Use Permit (SUP) To Allow A Daycare Use On Approximately 1.05 Acres Located At 411 North Bell Boulevard (SUP-20-003). The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 4-1 To Recommend Approval Of The SUP Request. Regular Agenda (Non-Consent) H.1 (FLU-20-009) Consideration Of A Future Land Use Plan (FLUP) Amendment Petition Requesting An Amendment From Regional Office/Retail/Commercial (REG) To Medium Density Residential (MDR) For Approximately 25.91 Acres Located At 1199 Fire Lane. H.2 Discussion For Appointment Of Bobbi Hutchinson To Place One On The Planning And Zoning Commission. (Kelly) H.3 Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement With D.I.J. Construction, Inc. For Pavement Marking Services For A One (1) Year Term With Four (4) Optional Renewals In A Total Amount Not To Exceed $600,000.
