The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-1 To Recommend Approval Of The Proposed Amendments. G.2 (FLU-20-005) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Amend The Future Land Use Plan For Approximately 53.06 Acres From Local Office/Retail/Commercial (LOC) and Medium Density Residential (MDR) To Heavy Commercial (HC) Located Near The Northeast Corner Of 183A Toll Road And New Hope Drive (Related to Z-21-004). The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-1 To Recommend The Future Land Use Plan Amendment To HC. G.3 (Z-21-004) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 50.62 Acres From Professional Office (PO), General Business (GB) And Urban Residential (UR) To Light Industrial – Conditional Overlay (LI-CO), Located Near The Northeast Corner Of 183A Toll Road And New Hope Drive (Related to FLU-20-005). The Planning and Zoning Commission Voted 5-1 To Recommend Light Industrial – Conditional Overlay (LI-CO) As Requested. Regular Agenda (Non-Consent) H.1 Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement For Construction of the 807 Lone Star Drive Pond Rehabilitation And E. Whitestone Blvd (RM 1431) Storm Drain Maintenance Project With Lone Star Sitework, LLC In An Amount Not To Exceed $138,581.55. H.2 Discussion And Possible Action Regarding Support Of The National Wildlife Federation’s Monarch Recovery Initiative.
