Standards. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-1 To Recommend Approval Of The
Proposed Amendments.
G.2 (FLU-20-005) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Amend The Future Land
Use Plan For Approximately 53.06 Acres From Local Office/Retail/Commercial (LOC) and
Medium Density Residential (MDR) To Heavy Commercial (HC) Located Near The Northeast
Corner Of 183A Toll Road And New Hope Drive (Related to Z-21-004). The Planning And
Zoning Commission Voted 5-1 To Recommend The Future Land Use Plan Amendment To HC.
G.3 (Z-21-004) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 50.62
Acres From Professional Office (PO), General Business (GB) And Urban Residential (UR) To
Light Industrial – Conditional Overlay (LI-CO), Located Near The Northeast Corner Of 183A Toll
Road And New Hope Drive (Related to FLU-20-005). The Planning and Zoning Commission
Voted 5-1 To Recommend Light Industrial – Conditional Overlay (LI-CO) As Requested.
