The Planning And Zoning Commission Recommended Approval Of The Rezoning Request To Local Business (LB) By A Vote Of 5-0. G.2 (SUP-21-002) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance For A Special Use Permit (SUP) To Allow An Expansion Of The Northwest Spanish School, An Existing Daycare Center On Approximately 1.247 acres Located At 12101 West Parmer Lane (Related To Z-21-009). The Planning And Zoning Commission Recommended Approval Of The SUP Request By A Vote Of 5-0. G.3 First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending Cedar Park Code of Ordinances Appendix A, Fee Schedule, Article 8.00, Utility Related Fees, To Adjust The Amount Of The Rates Charged for Water And Sewer Service. Regular Agenda (Non-Consent) H.1 (SUP-20-003) Second Reading And Approval Of An Ordinance For A Special Use Permit (SUP) To Allow A Daycare Use On Approximately 1.048 Acres Located At 411 N Bell Boulevard. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 4-1 To Recommend Approval Of The SUP Request. H.2 Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing A Professional Services Agreement With Rodriguez Transportation Group, Inc. For Design Services Associated With The RM 1431 Roadway Improvements (Bagdad Road to New Hope Drive) Project In An Amount Not To Exceed $3,000,000. H.3 Consideration Of Appointments To The Brushy Creek Regional Authority (BCRUA) Board Of Directors. H.4 Consideration Of Appointments To The 2021 Bond Advisory Task Force.
