F.1 A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement With Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. For Fiber Network Feasibility Study And Needs Assessment Professional Services In An Amount Not To Exceed $135,049. F.2 A Resolution Authorizing A One (1) Year Agreement With Dell Marketing, L.P. For VLA VMWare Support Subscription Renewals In A Total Amount Not To Exceed $65,176.72 Over One (1) Year. F.3 Approval For Appointment Of Jenn Bowman To Place One On The Parks, Arts, And Community Enrichment (“PACE”) Board. (Penniman-Morin) Public Hearings G.1 (Z-21-016) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance To Rezone Approximately 1.10 Acres From Suburban Residential (SR) To Semi-Urban Residential (SU), Located At 1002 Red Bud Drive And 513 Monarch Avenue. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-0 To Recommend Approval Of Semi-Urban Residential (SU). G.2 (OA-21-002) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending The Comprehensive Plan, Specifically The Vision Statement And Text Within The Future Land Use Chapter And Other Associated Sections. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-0 To Recommend Approval Of the Amendments. Regular Agenda (Non-Consent) H.1 Consideration Of A Resolution Consenting To The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (“BCRUA”) Executing A Supplemental Agreement To The Contract With Walker Partners/Freese And Nichols Joint Venture For The Final Design Of The Phase 2 Deep Water Intake Project To Provide For Bid Phase Engineering Services In An Amount Not To Exceed $745,999, With Cedar Park's Portion In The Amount Of $216,041. H.2 Consideration Of The 2022 City Of Cedar Park Meeting Calendar. H.3 Consider Action, If Any, On Items Discussed In Executive Session. H.4 Mayor And Council Closing Comments. H.5 Adjournment.
