Voted 6-0 To Recommend Approval Of The Request For A Special Use Permit To Allow An
Event Center Use.
H.8 (2023-7-Z) Second Reading And Consideration For Approval Of An Ordinance To Rezone
Approximately 9.64 Acres From Development Reserve (DR) and Professional Office (PO) To

General Business (GB).
H.9 Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement For Construction Manager-At-Risk
Services With CORE Construction Services of Texas, Inc As The Construction Manager-At-Risk
For The Public Safety Training Facility Project For Provision of Pre-Construction Phase Services
In An Amount Not To Exceed $95,000 And A Construction Manager’s Fee Not To Exceed 5.75%.
H.10 Consideration To Nominate A Candidate For The Williamson Central Appraisal District Board Of
Directors Ballot And Approval Of A Resolution Authorizing The Submission Of Name As A
Nominee.
