Discussion and possible action regarding Council Member Tim Kelly’s violation of our City’s core values, City Council goals, City ordinances, City Council Rule of Procedure §3.1, and City Charter §11.09 for: (a) his disrespectful, discourteous, name-calling, intimidating, and threatening treatment of Cedar Park residents, teachers, members of the public, City staff, fellow Council Members and their families, and neighboring governmental partner entities; (b) his disregard and violation of COVID-19 stay-at-home orders and health/safety orders of the Williamson Co County Judge, Travis Co County Judge, and Governor of Texas; and (c) placing his personal interest in conflict with the interest of the City.
