MINUTES OF THE Cherry Park General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, November 04, 2013 A meeting of the Cherry Park General Improvement District was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Chairman Pro Tem Piko called the meeting to order at 8:43 PM. 2. Roll Call Those present were: Chairman Pro Tem Piko Director Bosier Director Dindinger Director Moon Director McClellan Director Gardner Director Weidmann Director Lucas Those absent were: Chairman Noon, excused Also present were: John Danielson, Executive Director Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney 3. Minutes a. CPGID Meeting December 10, 2012 Director Weidmann moved approval of the minutes of December 10, 2012. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Lucas, Director Piko, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 1. THE MOTION Passed. 4. Other Matters a. RESOLUTION NO. 2013-CPGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND ADOPTING THE CHERRY PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REVISED 2013 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND ADOPTING THE 2014 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY Chairman Pro Tem Piko opened the Public Hearing; seeing no one present wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. Minutes – Cherry Park General Improvement District November 04, 2013 Page 2 Director Gardner moved approval of RESOLUTION NO. 2013-CPGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND ADOPTING THE CHERRY PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REVISED 2013 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND ADOPTING THE 2014 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Lucas, Director Piko, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 1. THE MOTION Passed. 5. Adjourn There being no further matters to come before the Board of Directors, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
