MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Cherry Park General Improvement District 6:00 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2024 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 6:26 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Tharp Director Carnes Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Sutherland Director Holt Director Sheehan Those absent were: Director Alston, excused Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Christopher Price, City Attorney Jeff Cadiz, Director of Finance Christina Lovelace, Secretary Allie Powell, Deputy City Clerk 3 Minutes a January 9, 2024 CPGID Minutes Director Maurer moved to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2024 CPGID Meeting. Director Sweetland seconded the motion With Chairperson Piko, Director Tharp, Director Carnes, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 1. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Consideration of Resolutions a Public Hearings Minutes – Cherry Park General Improvement District 11/19/2024 6:00:00 PM Page 2 i RESOLUTION NO. 2024-CPGID-R-02, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CHERRY PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY Chairperson Piko opened the public hearing and there being no one wishing to speak, the public hearing was closed. Director Maurer moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2024-CPGID-R-02, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANTELOPE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY. Director Sweetland seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Tharp, Director Carnes, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 1. THE MOTION Passed. 5 Other Matters (None) 6 Adjourn There being no further matters to come before the Board of Directors, the meeting adjourned at 6:28 PM.
