MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Cherry Park General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, November 6, 2023 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 6:42 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Carnes Director Moon Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Sutherland Director Holt Director Alston Director Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Attorney Jeff Cadiz, Director of Finance Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager Barbara Setterlind, Secretary Christina Lovelace, Deputy City Clerk 3 Approval of Minutes a December 12, 2022 CPGID Minutes Director Holt moved to approve the minutes of the December 12, 2022 CPGID Meeting. Director Sutherland seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Carnes, Director Moon, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Consideration of Resolution  Minutes – Cherry Park General Improvement District 11/6/2023 6:00:00 PM Page 2 a Public Hearings i RESOLUTION NO. 2023-CPGID-R-01, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CHERRY PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2024 PROPOSED BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY Chairperson Piko opened the Public Hearing, seeing no one wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. Director Holt moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2023-CPGID-R-01, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CHERRY PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2024 PROPOSED BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY . Director Sheehan seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Carnes, Director Moon, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
