MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Cherry Park General Improvement District 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 8, 2025 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Civic Center at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Tharp Director Carnes Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Sutherland Director Holt Director Alston Director Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Christopher Price, City Attorney Molly Schultz, Assistant City Attorney Braedan Weart, Management Analyst Christina Lovelace, Secretary Allie Esch, Deputy City Clerk 3 Minutes a December 10, 2024 CPGID Minutes Director Sutherland moved to Approve December 10, 2024 CPGID Minutes. Director Alston seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Tharp, Director Carnes, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. Minutes – Cherry Park General Improvement District 7/8/2025 6:00:00 PM Page 2 4 Cherry Park General Improvement District Fence Replacement Ballot Initiative; 6:04 PM Braedan Weart, Management Analyst, Molly Schultz, Assistant City Attorney, and John Castellano, Cherry Park General Improvement District Representative, presented. Consensus was to bring the proposed ballot measure back in August for further discussion. 5 Other Matters (None) 6 Adjourn There being no further matters to come before the Board of Directors, the meeting adjourned at 6:35 PM.
