MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 6:30 PM Tuesday, February 14, 2023 A Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 7:32 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Director Carnes Director Moon Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Sutherland Director Holt Director Alston Director Sheehan Those absent were: Chairperson Piko, excused Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Attorney Patrick Fleming, Senior Management Analyst Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager Barbara Setterlind, Secretary Christina Lovelace, Deputy City Clerk 3 Approval of Minutes a December 12, 2022 FRGID Minutes; 6:33 PM Director Sheehan moved to approve of the minutes of the December 12, 2022. Director Sutherland seconded the motion. With Director Carnes, Director Moon, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 1. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Public Hearings a Consideration of Resolutions Minutes – Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 2/14/2023 6:30:00 PM Page 2 i 2023-FRGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FOXRIDGE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2023 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION; 6:45 PM Patrick Flemming, Senior Management Analyst, presented. Director Sheehan opened the Public Hearing. Martha Riley, GID Represented, provided comments. Seeing no one else wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. Director Holt moved to 2023-FRGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FOXRIDGE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2023 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION. Director Alston seconded the motion. With Director Carnes, Director Moon, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 1. THE MOTION Passed. 5 Other Matters a New GID Representative and Project Manager Discussion; 6:49 PM Patrick Fleming, Senior Management Analyst, presented, Consensus was for Director Sutherland and Holt to sit on a board to designate a new GID Representative. 6 Adjourn There being no further matters to come before the Board of Directors, the meeting adjourned at 6:53 PM.
