Approval of Minutes Leah Baker-Camper motioned and Ron Monk seconded approval of the November 18, 2014 minutes. All members present voted aye and the minutes were approved. 4. Additions to Agenda Introduction of new Council Member liaison Council Member Keith Gardner introduced himself. 5. General Public Comments There were no public comments. 6. Discussion Items i.
