PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING February 28, 2018, 6:00 PM 13133 E. ARAPAHOE ROAD MINUTES 1 CALL TO ORDER Chair Pro Tem Urtz called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2 ROLL CALL Those present were: Chair Pro Tem Urtz Commissioner Griffis Commissioner Hart Commissioner Larimer Commissioner Rewerts Commissioner Suhaka Those absent were: Chair Sims Commissioner Beatty Commissioner Cohen Also present were: Jill Hassman, Assistant City Attorney Derek Holcomb, Deputy Community Development Director Jennifer Wood, Recording Secretary a. Alternate Selection for Voting Purposes Chair Pro Tem Urtz presided over the meeting in the absence of Chair Sims. Commissioners Larimer and Rewerts were appointed voting members in the absence of Commissioners Beatty and Cohen. 3 CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Hart moved approval of the CONSENT AGENDA. Commissioner Suhaka seconded the motion. With Commissioners Griffis, Hart, Larimer, Rewerts, Suhaka, and Chair Pro Tem Urtz voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; the motion was approved by a vote of six (6) AYE and none (0) NAY. a. Approval of the February 14, 2018, Minutes 4 TRAINING Derek Holcomb, Deputy Community Development Director, presented a training on the Interaction of the Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan. 5 UPDATES Derek Holcomb, Deputy Community Development Director, gave the updates. 6 LONG RANGE AGENDA 7 ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
