MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Regular City Council Meeting 7:00 PM Monday, March 18, 2019 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. LU-18-00133 Michael Gradis, Senior Planner, presented. Ryan Simpson, CEO of Centennial Medical Plaza, Erin Griffin, Engineer, and Richard Kolleen, Architect, presented on behalf of the applicant. Mayor Piko open the Public Hearing. Gary Livingston, 6555 S. Jordan Road, gave brief comments on location of the helicopter pad. Seeing no one else wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. Minutes – Regular City Council Meeting 3/18/2019 7:00:00 PM Page 3 Council Member Penaloza moved to Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2019-R-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTENNIAL, COLORADO APPROVING THE CENTENNIAL MEDICAL PLAZA SITE PLAN 6TH AMENDMENT, CASE NUMBER LU-18- 00133, CENTENNIAL MEDICAL PLAZA SITE PLAN 6TH AMENDMENT, BE APPROVED BASED ON THE CITY COUNCIL’S FINDING THAT THE SITE PLAN MEETS ALL APPLICABLE CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL SET FORTH IN SECTION 12-14-602(D) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, WITH THE CONDITION THAT A CITY-APPROVED FINAL PLAT FOR THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RECORDED WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF SITE PLAN APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT, AS SUMMARIZED IN THE STAFF REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION DATED MARCH 18, 2019. Council Member Alston seconded the motion.
