MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 5:30 PM Monday, August 16, 2010 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Sheriff’s Office at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to Receive Legal Advice Concerning Pending Litigation Council Member Moon moved approval of Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to Receive Legal Advice Concerning Pending Litigation. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Dindinger, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Bosier, Council Member McClellan, Council Member Anderson, Council Member Miller, Council Member Weidmann, Council Member Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4. Budget Workshop Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, made introductions. Mayor Noon, Council Members and staff discussed the 2010 budget. 5.
