MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 5:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2012 A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 5:45 PM. 2. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member McClellan Council Member Bosier Council Member Lucas Council Member Weidmann Council Member Piko Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were Dave Zelenok, Interim City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager/Director of Community Development Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager/Director of Support Services Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Kimber Liss, Court Administrator Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Laura Hoeppner, Government and Community Affairs Manager Kelly Ohaver, Executive Assistant Jonah Schneider, Administrative Assistant Ann Crossey, Interim Director of Human Resources Jennifer Wood, Administrative Assistant Pat Lyons, Office Services Support Brenda Madison, City Clerk 3. City Council Strategic Planning Workshop Dave Zelenok, Interim City Manager, made a brief introduction. Ann Crossey, Interim Director of Human Resources presented information regarding an employee compensation policy. Mayor Noon led a discussion regarding employee compensation.
